At BUYUSEDN, we strive to offer a reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping experience. This policy provides details about shipping procedures, timeframes, and associated costs for customers in the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only (excluding P.O. Boxes and military addresses). We offer shipping to valid residential and business addresses across all U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CET) Monday to Friday
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during weekends will be processed the following Monday.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

To provide a curated selection of fashion items, we utilize an international fulfillment network. Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from our global partner locations.

  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 business days (including processing and shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

4. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Note: Shipping fees are subject to change. The final shipping cost will be presented at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees

As BUYUSEDN ships internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it arrives in the United States. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the local customs office.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

7. Delivery Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier-related issues or seasonal volume increases
  • Customs clearance delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, these factors may cause delays beyond our control.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged upon arrival or confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@buyusedn.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. BUYUSEDN will not be liable for any orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an address error is made, please contact us immediately to attempt to correct the shipping details before shipment.
